Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Mumbai. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing administrative tasks. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations. The Assistant will also assist in data entry, document management, and other tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
