Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting various accounting activities. The role involves collaborating with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the accounting field is a plus
