Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BTL (Below the Line) marketing strategies to drive sales and
  

• Conduct extensive fieldwork to understand market trends, customer needs, and
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders.
• Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure
  

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report findings to senior
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective
  

• Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market presence of
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in BTL marketing and extensive fieldwork.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales performance metrics
