Job Description

The Architect position at Shriram Properties Ltd in Kolkata is a full-time on-site role that entails various responsibilities. As an Architect, you will be in charge of architectural design, overseeing design development, management, integration, and project execution. Your daily tasks will involve designing and planning architectural projects, managing project timelines, costs, and deliverables. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is crucial for ensuring the successful completion of projects. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, coordination skills with Consultants, proficiency in Value Engineering, excellent Presentation Skills, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and Sketchup. A good understanding of MEP and Structural drawings is also necessary. Additionally, strong Project Management skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills are essential. You should be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the architecture field. Design Management skills will be a key aspect of this role.,
