Job Title: Arabic Language Expert

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Arabic Language Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Arabic and English, with proven expertise in translation, typing, and the interpretation of legal and commercial documents. This role involves supporting government portal activations, liaising with regulatory bodies, and providing accurate linguistic support across departments. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and activate government portals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Coordinate with government ministries and regulatory authorities to address work-related matters and obtain necessary information or clarifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate with clients when needed to provide updates, collect information, or resolve inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, and reports related to government processes and internal operations.
  • Follow up with both government agencies and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of pending items.
  • Assist internal departments with official documentation, renewals, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of English, particularly in legal and commercial contexts.
  • Proven experience in Arabic-to-English and English-to-Arabic translation and typing.
  • Solid understanding of legal and business terminology in both languages.
  • Experience in translating legal documents, contracts, and business correspondence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of PRO (Public Relations Officer) tasks and local regulations in KSA is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
