Aptitude Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare college students for campus placements, competitive exams, and aptitude-based assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, along with effective communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
• Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and personalized coaching for students preparing for campus recruitment or competitive exams.
• Develop relevant study materials, question banks, and assessments.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide individual feedback to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with the Placement Cell to align training with industry requirements and company-specific test patterns.
• Stay updated with trends in campus recruitment processes and aptitude testing standards.
• Encourage students through mentoring and motivational sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role (Freshers with strong aptitude skills may also be considered).
• Proficient in problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with online tools, digital learning platforms, and MS Office.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to training for exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, GATE, or campus placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.).
• Ability to motivate and engage large groups of students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
