Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues. - Document client issues and resolutions for future reference. - Collaborate with the development team to enhance system functionality. - Train clients on system usage and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Desktop Transformation. - Strong problem-solving skills in customer service operations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
