Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing timely support, and ensuring the seamless operation of our world-class systems. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to address client issues effectively, leveraging your deep product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions and maintain high-quality service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. - Document client interactions and resolutions to improve future support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with customer relationship management software. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Ability to analyze client issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with application support processes and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service Operations. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
