Technical & Analytical (Application Support Focused):
Must Have:
Ability to create/modify SQL queries (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)Ability to create/modify Cognos reportsAbility to analyze application log files/tables for troubleshooting purposesExperience troubleshooting integrations - APIs, web services, FTP, etc.Experience analyzing data and troubleshooting data related issuesPassion to identify and suggest process improvements, performance optimizations, etc.Experience with Excel/VBA MacrosExperience with IT Support Documentation, RCA, Knowledgebase updates, ServiceNow Incident & RequestNice to Have:Any experience on any of the portfolio applications will be highly consideredExperience with System health monitoring or Site reliability engineering (SRE)Experience with SQL Jobs and DTS Packages/ServicesExperience with ERP applications or any other non-SAP apps mentioned aboveExperience with Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS)Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Experience with Visual Studio ExpressLanguages:Javascript, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, VBScript, PowerShell
