Must have skills : Automation Architecture Good to have skills : Automation in Application Maintenance, Automation in Application Development Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will apply innovative ideas to drive the automation of Delivery Analytics at the client level. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to identify automation opportunities, designing automation frameworks, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in delivery processes. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the automation strategies align with the overall business objectives while continuously seeking improvements in existing systems and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an Automation Architect. - Collaborate with Business teams contribute on key decisions. - Responsible for maintaining automation tracker, GenERA, regular patches and upgrades for GenWizard components in client network. - Lead the SRE team to drive RPA bot development & maintenance. - Provide solutions to recurring problems and reduce technical debt across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to create awareness and identify automation opportunities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions and make necessary adjustments. - Drive qualification processes, determining cost impact for new tools hosted on Cloud instance, and securing client approval by demonstrating business benefits /client value through ROI. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation framework on GenWizard, RPA tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automation in Application Maintenance, Automation in Application Development. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Automations Anywhere or JavaScript. - Ability to analyze and optimize existing automation processes for GxP systems in Life Science Pharmaceuticals industry domain. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation Architecture. - This position is based in Pune with location flex options available across ATCI - A 15 year full time education is required.
