Roles & Responsibilities

• Research global fashion trends, market intelligence, and consumer insights to inspire seasonal collections
• Conceptualise and design apparel lines in alignment with the brand’s identity and vision
• Create mood boards, colour palettes, and fabric stories for each collection
• Develop detailed technical sketches and flat drawings using Adobe Illustrator or similar software
• Collaborate with the sourcing, production, and merchandising teams to bring collections to life
• Oversee sampling, fittings, and revisions to ensure product accuracy and quality
• Ensure timely execution of the design calendar and adhere to launch deadlines
• Maintain a keen eye on competitor activity, fashion shows, and street style to keep collections fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Only NIFT graduates (Delhi/Banglore/Mumbai/Chennai etc)
• Freshers can apply
• Strong hand-sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Suite proficiency is a must)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Design experience preferably in Womenswear/Streetwear
