About the Role The role involves collaborating with case teams and practice leadership on ongoing cases, capability development, and intellectual property (IP) initiatives. Responsibilities Strategy & IP Development Collaborate with case teams and practice leadership on ongoing cases, capability development, and intellectual property (IP) initiatives. Contribute to the ideation and development of new IP/products, and provide commercial insights for deployment across client engagements. Build deep domain expertise in FS IPs and methodologies; become a knowledge source for the broader team. Support active client cases and proposals with domain-specific insights and strategic recommendations. Research & Analysis Execution Drive structured problem-solving approaches, generate hypotheses, and define analytical deliverables. Lead end-to-end execution of research and analysis streams ensuring zero-defect, high-impact output. Utilize advanced analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Python, R, SPSS) where appropriate to improve team output and efficiency. Team Leadership & Management - Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 members, including Associates and Analysts. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Own and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating the ability to adapt to client needs and resolve complex issues. Communicate key insights and implications clearly and persuasively across internal and client stakeholders. Qualifications Education & Experience Undergraduate degree in B.Com, BBA, BBE, Economics, Statistics, or B.Tech. Preferably an MBA from a top-tier institute/university. Required Skills Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in managing and mentoring teams in a high-performance setting. Hands-on knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, or R is highly desirable. Ability to navigate ambiguity, multi-task, and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
