Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Machine Learning Engineer at Timebook. We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help drive innovation in our machine learning solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI/ML models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
• Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Train and optimize models using appropriate datasets and techniques.
• Implement ML algorithms and tools as per solution design to meet requirements.
• Develop machine learning applications according to requirements.
• Run machine learning algorithms on datasets.
• Perform fine-tuning using test results.
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks to meet our needs.
• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained models to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop AI solutions using generative AI models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor & degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related role.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data science toolkits like NumPy, Pandas, and Jupyter.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fine-tuning methodologies for pre-trained models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Understanding of MLOps practices and tools.
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, etc.)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and context optimisation.
• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Experience with generative AI models such as large language models, diffusion models, or GANs.
• Knowledge in cloud platforms (GCP, or Azure) and their ML services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
