At Wyzard, we are on a mission to revolutionize AI applications in real-world scenarios. We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to drive the research, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead AI-driven solutions with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, etc.) & AI agents
✅ Architect & deploy scalable AI models for NLP, Conversational AI, and decision-making
✅ Develop autonomous AI agents that interact with users and datasets
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases & performance metrics
✅ Experiment with the latest AI advancements and optimize LLM performance
✅ Design and implement efficient RAG models that enhance AI-generated responses with retrieved context.
✅ Work with vector databases & vector graph (e.g., MemoryDB, Pinecone, Neo4j) to improve document retrieval accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Mentor & guide junior engineers while promoting AI ethics & responsible development.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years in AI/ML engineering.
✔️ Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, & NLP
✔️ Experience with vector databases (MemoryDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Neo4jetc.).
✔️ Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks & Reinforcement Learning
✔️ Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch & cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
✔️ Experience with distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), & fine-tuning models
