AI Developer

Job Summary-
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer with 2+ years experience in building intelligent AI agents and working with Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, modern AI frameworks, and real-world implementation of generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI agents for real-world applications.
• Implement LLMs (Large Language Models) like GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, etc. for conversational AI.
• Work on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (Pinecone, weaviate, FAISS), and prompt engineering.
• Develop AI automation workflows integrating APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and software engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML advancements and incorporate best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents like Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, or custom-built agents.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, ChromaDB).
• Proficiency in API integrations and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of NLP, Reinforcement Learning, Fine-tuning models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
