People and Performance Management: Attract and develop senior delivery talent. Champion a culture of accountability, technical depth, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT delivery and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing distributed teams and large-scale initiatives. Demonstrated success in owning and managing P&L for a practice or business unit with revenues exceeding $50M. Strong expertise in leading agile-at-scale and DevOps/DevSecOps-based delivery in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience delivering complex programs involving AI/ML, SRE, cloud-native architecture, platform development, and ADM. Proven capability in managing delivery under tight SLAs, regulatory constraints, and global delivery models. Excellent stakeholder management, with strong executive communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
