Review and validate design documents, functional specifications, and business requirements from a QA and domain perspective, identifying potential gaps or ambiguities. Guide the team on complex banking scenarios, edge cases, and regulatory compliance requirements. Test Execution & Defect Management: Oversee and, where necessary, actively participate in the execution of complex manual and automated test cases. Lead defect triage meetings, analyze root causes of defects, and ensure effective communication and resolution with development teams. Monitor test execution progress, analyze defect trends, and provide timely status updates to project stakeholders. Mentorship & Quality Assurance: Mentor and provide technical and domain-specific guidance to junior and mid-level QA engineers, helping them understand complex banking concepts and testing nuances.
