Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Thane. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing agency channels, and achieving sales targets. The role includes recruiting, training, and supporting agents to drive business growth and customer acquisition. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are key aspects of the job.
