Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, located in Kharagpur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the agency operations, recruiting and training agents, developing business strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintaining relationships with partners. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring agent performance, conducting market research, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and training agents, and team management skills
• Expertise in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
