Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Raxaul. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing insurance advisors, driving sales strategies, achieving business targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role includes conducting training programs, providing field support, and monitoring performance to ensure the accomplishment of sales targets and improvement of sales performance. Additionally, the Agency Manager will be involved in market expansion and development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and developing insurance advisors
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with experience in driving sales strategies and achieving business targets
• Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct training programs and provide field support
• Strong leadership skills and ability to monitor performance
• Experience in market expansion and development activities
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
