About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms – Frontend Developer to join our client project team in Hyderabad (Hybrid model). This role focuses on developing customer-facing digital platforms using modern front-end technologies and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adaptive Forms. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in JavaScript, UI performance optimization, and experience with headless and micro front-end architectures.You will play a key role in implementing complex forms, data models, and seamless integrations with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer web platforms using advanced front-end technologies.Build and maintain AEM Adaptive Forms, including form design, data modeling, and backend integration.Apply JavaScript (ES6) proficiency to develop reusable and high-performance UI components.Integrate RESTful APIs using modern async programming patterns (async/await, Promises).Work with Design Systems, Pattern Libraries, and ensure alignment with visual standards.Optimize web performance by applying best practices, lazy loading, and efficient DOM handling.Use Git for version control and contribute to well-structured code repositories.Debug and enhance complex front-end code, ensuring maintainability and performance.Apply modern tooling such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM for builds and deployments.Collaborate cross-functionally with UX teams, backend developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, JSON SchemaHands-on experience in AEM Adaptive Forms and performance optimization techniquesDeep understanding of JavaScript ES6 standardsFamiliarity with REST APIs and asynchronous patterns (async/await, Promises)Experience with Git version control and modern front-end build pipelinesCore knowledge of Web Performance Optimization, Core Web Vitals, and best practicesAbility to debug and work with design systems, pattern libraries, and visual components
