Our AI Research Lab is actively working on cutting-edge solutions in Agentic AI , Edge Intelligence , and Quantum Computing , and we’re expanding our team. Experience Level: Experience level is 0-5 years /freshers, with a a strong GIT repository can apply for this job. 🔍 We’re Looking for Talent With Expertise in One or More of the Following Areas: Agentic AI – Designing autonomous, reasoning-driven systems Edge AI – Building low-latency, on-device inference models Quantum Computing – Practical experience with IBM Quantum or Azure Quantum Quantum Development Frameworks – Proficiency in Qiskit , Q# , or Cirq Python (required) for ML/AI pipelines and quantum programming Deep Learning – Using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks NLP and LLMs – Experience with transformer architectures , prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models ML Ops – Knowledge in model deployment, performance tuning , and monitoring Strong foundations in Mathematics, Probability, Linear Algebra , and Statistics 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts , including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning Ability to research, prototype, and scale AI models into production Comfortable working in a cross-functional R&D environment Prior experience in contributing to AI publications, open-source projects, or patents (a plus) 🚀 Why Join JTW?
