Not just selling programs—but helping parents and students find a path forward. You’ll guide, support, and inform. You’ll ask questions that matter and give answers that reassure. And you’ll help build trust—one conversation at a time. What You’ll Do: Connect with prospective parents and students through outbound and inbound calls. Understand their needs, fears, and aspirations—and guide them toward the right academic fit. Clearly communicate the value of our programs, curriculum, and online learning advantages. Follow up diligently over phone, email, or WhatsApp to ensure engagement and enrollment. Keep our CRM updated with every meaningful interaction. Meet (and aim to exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly conversion . Provide a warm, informed, and human experience to every family you interact with. Who You Are: You believe in the power of education—and want to be part of changing how it’s delivered. You have 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales . You communicate confidently in English and Hindi. (Other languages? Even better.) You’re not rattled by objections—you’re energized by them.
