Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to prospective students via audio calls. Day-to-day tasks include consulting students on educational options, helping them choose the best-fit online university, providing career counseling, and aiding in the application process. The role also involves ongoing communication with students to ensure their needs are met and facilitating their integration into the student community.

Qualifications

• Skills in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills to effectively guide and assist students
• Knowledge of various Educational options and pathways
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field o
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in sales in ed tech or any other company and freshers can also apply with good communications skills
• Expected CTC: 4.2LPA
