• Guide prospective students and parents through the entire admission journey.
• Conduct impactful one-on-one counselling sessions via phone and video calls.
• Manage incoming leads, follow-ups, and student information through the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve outreach and student acquisition strategies.
• Represent MRM at educational fairs, seminars, and other outreach events.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
• Passionate about education and genuinely interested in helping students make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
