JOB DESCRIPTION

* 4+ years of proven relevant work experience.

Np: Immediate

We require at least 1 year experience with any reputed MNCs with good Admin work experience. Calendar management not required.

Required is Asset Management, Space management Logistic management Onboarding Management is high priority.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

* Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.

* Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.

* Strong attention to detail with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

* Proficiency with software like Microsoft Office and Outlook

Core Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

* Partnering with a team to support the organization’s employee onboarding, and offboarding.

* Team support includes space management, office moves, new hire set up and onboarding and procurement of equipment and supplies and organizing, managing and facilitating teams events.

* Maintaining manager and group information with confidentiality.

* Effectively communicating and building relationships with the business support community and business leadership.

* Ensuring compliance with organization and team policies and procedures

* Effectively plan and organize different team events. Coordinate off-sites including end-end logistics arrangements.

* Help in making sure new hires are setup and productive on the day they land by being pro-actively taking care of their access, hardware, IDs and other relocation logistics as required.

*Responsible for keeping track of all physical assets in the team, procurement and disbursement as per policy
