Accounts Specialist (H/F) - AIRBUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Finance Graduates with around 5 years of experience

Designation: Accounts Specialist (Joint Venture)

You will have to perform:

• Accounts payable posting
• Accounts receivable management
• Customer Invoice management to ensure that the invoice is raised as per PO/SO.
• Supplier Invoice management to ensure that the Invoice is correctly accented.
• PO reconciliation on quarterly basis to ensure proper cost accounting.
• SO reconciliation to ensure Invoice/GR correctness
• GL accounts reconciliation
• Supplier accounts reconciliation
• Customer accounts reconciliation
• GST reporting
• TDS reporting
• Assistances to tax department in Tax filing
• Assistance to auditor in in GL reconciliation
• Financial Schedule preparation for audit
• Closing schedule preparation for Internal reporting on Monthly basis.
