Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Gurugram. The Accounts Executive will manage the following:
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and purchase orders
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist in cash flow management
  • Ensure the timely processing of employee salaries and coordinate salary disbursement to employee bank accounts
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Implement internal financial controls
  • Process employee reimbursements and expense reports
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Ensure Legal compliance with tax regulations and support tax filings
  • File GST Returns
  • Generate TDS Challans


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing financial transactions, accounts payable, and receivable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and general ledger maintenance
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and ensure the accuracy of records
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 Years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Tally Software
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
