Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, and data entry, while gaining hands-on experience in financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Handle data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Help with GST filings, TDS entries, and other statutory compliances (as applicable).
• Support monthly and year-end close processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and payment processing.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary data to auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
