Accounts Assistant

• Processing Financial Transactions: Handling invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
• Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate records of all financial transactions, including maintaining ledgers, spreadsheets, and other accounting documents.
• Preparing Financial Reports: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.
• Reconciling Accounts: Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with Budgeting: Helping to gather and analyze financial data for budget preparation.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and other financial policies.
• Assisting with Audits: Providing support during financial audits by gathering and organizing relevant documents.
• Providing Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents.
• Liaising with Stakeholders: Interacting with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Managing Petty Cash: Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining related records.
• Updating and Maintaining Databases: Maintaining and updating the school's accounting databases.
• Monitoring and Tracking: Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Data Entry and Record Keeping: Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
• Other duties as assigned: Performing other duties as needed to support the finance department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.23 per month
