Qualifications & Skills:-

B. Com / M. Com or MBA Finance with minimum 5 years of Proven Experience. (Must have knowledge in Tally/Sap.

knowledge of GST, invoice processing, and banking operations.

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a systematic approach to tasks.

Must have knowledge in MS Office (Advanced excel and google sheets)

Responsibilities: -

Manage daily accounting tasks including purchase entries, sales invoices, and vendor/customer ledger updates.

Generating invoice and Handle accounts payable and receivable processes using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime,

Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation with good Record maintain procedures,

Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory filings with external CA,

Support monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports,

Process salaries, reimbursements, and vendor payments,

Creating budget related documents for our projects,

Managing cheque s, NEFT, RTGS, and foreign remittance transactions,

Ensure timely deposit and filing for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable labor compliance

Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, and supporting documentation

Income tax compliance including advance tax, audit coordination, and year-end closing

Stay up to date with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
