Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily accounting and finance tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing, dispatch coordination, maintaining ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with GST and other statutory obligations. Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate with store/production departments for inventory updates.
-Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally-Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.-Prepare and manage sales/purchase ledgers and general ledger.-Bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.-Generate tax invoices (GST compliant) for domestic and interstate sales.-Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for timely shipment of goods.-Coordinate with store/production departments for inventory updates.-Help in cost analysis and valuation of raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST filing portals.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian tax laws.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manglia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
