Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records and ensure the accuracy of our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledgers; preparing and analyzing budgets; and performing general bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (as applicable)
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare documentation for audit processes
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management
• Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred)
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Accountant or similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, MS Excel)
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
