Position: Accountant Company: Maaesa Creations Location: Plot no 135, Prime estate , near JNU, Jagatpura, Jaipur Office Timing: 9 am to 6pm, Mon to Sat Only experienced candidates to apply. On the job training will be done for 7-10 days. Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Perform regular reconciliation of e-commerce transactions on portals like Amazon, Flipkart , Myntra Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and bookkeeping Prepare financial statements and reports for management review Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records Utilize Tally software for maintaining financial records Assist with audits and compliance requirements Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization Factory challans and expenses management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in an e-commerce environment Proficiency in Tally software and other accounting tools Strong understanding of e-commerce transactions and reconciliation processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
