Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Noida. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Daily tasks include recording financial data, reconciling accounts, preparing budgets, and managing payroll. The Accountant will also assist with financial audits and provide support for financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
• Experience in financial reporting and preparing financial statements
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or elder care industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
