Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Record and manage daily financial transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Perform reconciliation of all bank and cash accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger accounts.
Calculate and process payroll for employees.
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets).
Review and approve expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Assist with audit procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant for 2-3 years.
Excellent knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, or similar.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to work with attention to detail and high accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
