Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally/ERP system.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, bank transactions, and cash flow management.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Manage vendor payments and customer invoicing efficiently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other compliances.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Good working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience working with clients across various industries is a plus.
