Job Description

·Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 3-5 years of experience in FMCG; solid knowledge of GST, TDS,

·Conduct bank reconciliations, manage GST filings, handle TDS calculations, oversee compliance with Import-Export laws, and manage payroll processing

Role & responsibilities

·Verification of Trial Balance on monthly basis.

·Supporting during statutory, inventory and tax audit.

·Processing of vendor invoices & accounting of the same.

·Preparation of statutory compliance statement and statutory payments schedule( ESIC, PF, PT & LWF)

·Conduct daily bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of mismatches.

·Manage GST filings, monthly reconciliations, and ensure full compliance with tax regulations.

·Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly returns.

· Oversee compliance and documentation related to Import-Export laws, including invoices and duties.

·Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting entries, ledger updates, and financial records.

·Generate and manage sales and purchase invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner.

·Prepare and maintain Proforma Invoices for domestic and international clients

Preferred candidate profile

·B.Com in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA Inter is a plus).

· Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and accounting best practices.

· Familiarity with Import-Export procedures and compliance.

· Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce accounting tools.

Salary Range 25 K 50 K per month

Timings: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
