Academic Coordinator

Position - Academic Coordinator Exp - Minimum 1 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills and technical knowledge may reply) Salary - 12000 to 20000 per month Location - Central Avenue, Kolkata Week off - Tuesday Working Hours - 11am to 8pm Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Management: Develop, update, and maintain the NEET curriculum in alignment with the latest exam patterns and syllabus Ensure the timely availability of study materials and resources for students. Faculty Coordination: Manage teaching staff. Schedule and organize faculty meetings and training sessions. Provide support and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness. Student Support: Monitor student progress and performance. Address student queries and concerns related to academics. Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and review classes. Take regular feedbacks from students through calls. Arranging Regular Parents Teachers Meeting. Handle grievances of Students and Parents. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control measures for teaching and learning processes. Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement. Event Coordination: Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and seminars. Collaborate with external experts and guest speakers for special sessions. Data Management & Regular Student Feedback: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback. Prepare and present academic reports to management.
