Studio Nest is a design-led architecture firm based in Pune, delivering high-quality solutions across the architecture, interior design, and BIM domains. We specialise in public infrastructure, metro, and large-scale transit projects, combining design sensibility with precision BIM delivery.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We are seeking a qualified Architect with 3+ years of experience, particularly in BIM Modeling (LOD 300–500) and metro/infrastructure projects, for a 6-month contractual role, extendable based on project needs. This is an on-site role in Pune, working closely with our core architecture and BIM teams.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop detailed LOD 300–500 architectural BIM models in Revit.

• Work on metro station and infrastructure projects, handling detailing and coordination.

• Prepare construction documentation, drawing sets, and schedules.

• Collaborate with structural and MEP consultants for coordinated BIM outputs.

• Participate in design review and model coordination meetings.

• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture and BIM modeling.

• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Prior work experience on metro or public infrastructure projects is a major advantage.

• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection is preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
