Responsibilities-
Credit Analysis and Underwriting:
Evaluating credit applications, assessing creditworthiness, and making
recommendations on Education loan approvals.
Compliance and Audit:

Team Management:
Leading and motivating a team of credit managers, providing training and guidance.
Portfolio Management:
Monitoring Education loan performance, managing delinquencies, and taking corrective actions to
minimize losses.
Market Research:
Understanding local market trends and economic conditions to inform credit decisions.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as business development, operations, and
technology, to improve credit processes.
Relationship Management:
Maintaining relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
