Technical Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Dynamics 365 developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the timely delivery of solutions. Oversee the implementation of at least three end-to-end D365 projects, ensuring best practices are followed and customer requirements are met. Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling customer-facing responsibilities, including requirement gathering, status updates, and issue resolution. 2. Technical Expertise: Utilize strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Axapta (X++) to develop, customize, and maintain solutions. Work extensively on X++ coding, MorphX development, and perform complex integrations with other systems. Develop and customize D365 Forms, SSRS Reports, Workflow Automation, Batch Processing, and Tables. 3. Integration and Workflow Development: Design and develop system integrations using AIF, DIXF, and ER (Electronic Reporting) tools to ensure smooth data flows between Dynamics 365 and external systems. Implement workflows and batch processing tasks to streamline business processes in D365. 4. Quality Assurance and Best Practices: Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide guidance on technical design and documentation, ensuring that all solutions are scalable and maintainable. 5. Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that align with their business processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Axapta and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
