End-to-End Projects: Must have worked on at least 2 full lifecycle D365 implementation projects. Team Leadership: Experience leading a team of developers and managing client-facing responsibilities. Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with X++, MorphX, and custom development in D365. Expertise in D365 Forms, SSRS, Workflows, Batch Processing, and Tables. Good to have experience with AIF, DIXF, and Electronic Reporting (ER) for integrations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
