Exp- 7-12 yrs Role- AM and Manager Location- Bangalore/Hyderabad Requirements: • Ideally Educated to degree level, Masters preferred. • Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate • At least 7 + years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm • Exposure to presales activities would be an added value • Conducting functional interviews • Mentoring juniors • Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset. • RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset. • Prepared to travel on frequent basis • Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen • Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset • Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments • Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: French Spanish German Italian • Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and to present to the C-Suite • Minimum of 4 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 3 end to end implementation projects • Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations • Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism • Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps • Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus • Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
