Ensure Department compliance with safety laws and regulations require implementation of Utility supervisor MCL Inventory, monitoring of critical safety and key security tasks; follow the Department's various security issues, develop and track the results of the program of action, and continuous improvement; 2. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, compliance with the by-product wastewater management, waste management and environmental control measures and participation in environmental communication, follow the Department's environmental problems, develop and track the results of the program of action, and continuous improvement Key activities: Ensure that the spares & other materials are at optimum stock levels and are of required quality & make Plan and raise indents and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure that the materials are available on time Ensure data collection and analyse the variances for the opportunities for improvement. Ensuring parameters are met as per ABI and Stat. guidelines. Responsible for maintain tech E&F KPIs as per target. Ensuring Quality parameters are adhered wrt to standards. PSM- NH3 and Steam safety compliance as per ABI standards. Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analyses - Ensure compliance to the AB InBev Protocol, Quality of inspection and adequacy of closure. Reduction in Chemicals consumption wrt to standards and budget. Support compliance to requirements of other statutes such as the Factory Act & Rules, Boiler Act, Indian --Electricity Rules through the concerned functional executives Should have valid electrical licence Ensure Brewery Power consumptions are within the target. Ensure timely upkeep of all HT and LT equipment. Ensure safety norms as per ABI guidelines. Ensure calibration of flow meters, process measurement equipments as per stipulated timelines. Ensure closure of PM activities as per COSWIN and closure of same. Maintain standby DG sets and Transformers. Drive power usage reductions across the sit and implement GOPs . Ensure implementation of Instrumentation GOPs and Asset Care as per ABI protocols. Control and optimise Repairs to machinery budget. Ensure the 5S practices in workplace Qualifications and Technical competencies required. Education Min: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Ideal: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience Min: 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing company, of which at least two years of experience with process industry Ideal: 5-7years of experience in manufacturing company Technical competencies (Job related) Strong leadership, communication skills and motivation; Decision making, analytical skills and problem-solving skills; High professionalism and a sense of ownership, can work under pressure; Strong team building skills, capacity for cooperation and coordination with others; A strong executive power, integrity, steadfast, and the results are never satisfied, keep challenging yourself. Role & responsibilities Operate and maintain the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per standard operating procedures. Monitor effluent parameters and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Record daily operational data, flow rates, and chemical dosages. Perform regular inspections of pumps, valves, aerators, filters, and other equipment. Handle and dose chemicals like coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, etc., safely. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of ETP machinery. Coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting issues. Ensure the ETP area is clean and all safety protocols are followed. Prepare reports for audits and submit them to environmental authorities or management. Maintain logbooks and update the daily treatment performance reports. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Chemical / Mechanical) Mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ETP operations. Skills: Knowledge of pollution control norms and wastewater treatment processes. Ability to handle chemicals safely. Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Good observation and record-keeping skills. Other: Willing to work in shifts; safety-conscious and team-oriented.
