Record daily operational data, flow rates, and chemical dosages. Perform regular inspections of pumps, valves, aerators, filters, and other equipment. Handle and dose chemicals like coagulants, flocculants, pH adjusters, etc., safely. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of ETP machinery. Coordinate with the maintenance team for troubleshooting issues. Ensure the ETP area is clean and all safety protocols are followed. Prepare reports for audits and submit them to environmental authorities or management. Maintain logbooks and update the daily treatment performance reports. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Chemical / Mechanical) Mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ETP operations. Skills: Knowledge of pollution control norms and wastewater treatment processes. Ability to handle chemicals safely. Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. Good observation and record-keeping skills. Other: Willing to work in shifts; safety-conscious and team-oriented.
