We are seeking dynamic and data-oriented professionals to join our growing

operations team as Workforce Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for

recent MBA graduates or early-career professionals to enter the insurance

industry in a high-impact, analytics-driven role. You will play a key part in

managing daily issuance and tracking activities for assigned insurance partners

Track and manage day-to-day issuance operations for specific insurers

Maintain, update, and analyze operational data in MS Excel

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of policy issuance and partner coordination

Prepare periodic performance and operational dashboards

Identify process gaps and support data-backed decision-making

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Tech) and external insurer

contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Who is an Ideal fit

MBA from a reputed institute.

A good exposure of 2-3 Years in data management.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis,

reporting)

Good to have: Working knowledge of SQL

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

High ownership mindset and attention to detail
