Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a creative and technically skilled WordPress Developer with a strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and digital campaign integration . The ideal candidate will work closely with the digital marketing team to develop, optimize, and manage websites, landing pages, and performance-driven content platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress websites, landing pages, and blog pages. Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading, and SEO optimization. Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to implement marketing funnels and CTAs. Install, configure, and manage essential plugins (SEO, cache, security, etc.). Optimize websites for conversions (CRO) using A/B testing and analytics. Manage website backups, updates, and basic security protocols. Track website KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. Coordinate with designers, writers, and ad teams for campaign-based pages. Must-Have Skills Proficient in WordPress, Elementor/Divi , and WooCommerce (optional) Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP basics, JavaScript Understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic funnel tracking Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a plus Strong sense of UI/UX and page speed optimization Ability to troubleshoot bugs and errors quickly Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (not mandatory if experience is strong) Experience in working with healthcare or service-based websites is a bonus Portfolio of past WordPress projects/websites Perks Exposure to digital marketing campaigns Opportunity to work with mental health and healthcare brands Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹9,501.81 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
