This role bridges our customers’ global integration needs and the company’s broader digital product strategy. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cutting-edge, scalable solutions. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Own and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital integration solutions in Freight Forwarding. Act as the liaison between customers, technology teams, and business stakeholders , ensuring alignment on digital connectivity goals. Lead initiatives for real-time cargo/container visibility , leveraging leading industry platforms. Collaborate with technical teams on system integration involving EDI, API, and message mapping . Manage product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, focusing on TMS/WMS/ERP systems and their integration with global carriers and logistics partners. ✅ Must-Have Experience: 5+ years in product management , IT project delivery, or integration roles within international logistics, freight forwarding , or supply chain domains. Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, systems, and operational challenges . Hands-on exposure to TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS, ERP , and visibility platforms . 🌍 Preferred Background: Experience with international freight forwarding (domestic-only experience will not be considered).
