Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement automated test scripts for warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain applications. - Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman). - Understand warehouse processes such as inventory control, order management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to build real-world test scenarios. - Conduct API testing and integration testing for backend services supporting warehouse operations. - Perform functional, regression, system, and performance testing of WMS platforms. - Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, product, and development teams to define test plans and strategies. - Identify, document, and track software defects and work with developers to resolve them. - Continuously improve test automation strategies to enhance coverage, efficiency, and reliability. - Ensure quality standards are met before product releases and after system updates. - Analyze warehouse operation workflows to identify opportunities for QA process improvements. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Key Skills : - Strong experience in automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or equivalent. - Good knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar). - Experience in API automation testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). - Familiarity with warehouse management processes and supply chain operations. - Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (like Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) is a plus. - Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). - Knowledge of SQL and database testing. - Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
