Regional manager and their team will be responsible for alignment between operations and safety. The Regional WHS manager develops and executes strategies for the site that ensures a work environment free from hazards and compliant with applicable rules and regulations, motivates Associates to choose safe behaviors, and fosters active engagement and dialogue between leaders and Associates.
