Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Inventory Maintenance

To look after receiving and counting of materials.
To be responsible for maintaining minimum level of all raw materials.
To issue of raw material (Physically) as per issue slips of production department.

Customer OrientedMaintenance & Upkeep

To ensure proper housekeeping in the store.

Verification & Quality check

To send receiving report and material to the lab for testing.
To physically inspect the quality of raw material received.

People Oriented

To look after preparation of indent and proper distribution of materials.
To undertake maintenance of stock register.
To maintain records of incoming & outgoing material.
To prepare DRR/GRN.
To prepare all the documents of received materials along with the bill.
